SUMMARY:Hermann Nitsch. Farbe als Material
DESCRIPTION:Mit dem österreichischen Maler und Aktionskünstler Hermann Nitsch präsentiert das Museum Burg Vischering ab Sommer einen internationalen Ausnahmekünstler ohnegleichen\, dessen Werke in allen bedeutenden öffentlichen wie privaten Sammlungen auf der ganzen Welt vertreten sind. Im Mittelpunkt der Ausstellung stehen die „Schüttbilder“\, bei denen Nitsch die Farbe aus seinem Behältnis mittels Rinnens\, Schüttens und Schmierens in impulsiven Bewegungen direkt auf den Bildträger gibt.  Dabei folgt auch im hohen Alter sein ganzer Körper dem Rhythmus seiner Bewegungen\, der Impulsivität von Gefühlseruptionen\, wobei der Malprozess im Vordergrund steht\, dem Zufall Tür und Tor geöffnet werden. \nSeit über 50 Jahren schreibt Hermann Nitsch mit seinen Aktionen\, Bildern und Performances Kunstgeschichte und hat darüber hinaus auch die Opern- und Theaterlandschaft im deutschsprachigen Raum geprägt. Dementsprechend geht sein künstlerisches Schaffen weit über das Medium der Malerei hinaus und artikuliert sich als ein dynamisches Gesamtkunstwerk aus Malerei\, Theater\, Musik und Dichtung\, in dem Mythologie\, Religion und Philosophie zu einer faszinierenden Einheit verschmelzen. Die Ausstellung ist zugleich Teil des Münsterland Festivals 2021 und findet in Kooperation mit der Galerie Geuer und Geuer statt. \nIm Rahmen der Ausstellung werden auch Führungen mit der Künstlerin Doris Kastner für max. 19 Gäste angeboten: \nSonntag\, 22. September\, 15 Uhr \nAnmeldung unter 02591 7990-0 oder per Mail an: kultur@kreis-coesfeld.de \nDie Führung am 12.9. ist im Rahmen des Tags des offenen Denkmals komplett kostenlos\, für den Termin im August ist lediglich der Ausstellungseintritt von 3\,50€ (ermäßigt 2€) zu begleichen. \nZudem können individuelle Führungen für Einzelpersonen und Gruppen für maximal 19 Gäste zum Preis von 70 Euro zzgl. SUMMARY:Hermann Nitsch. Paint as Material
DESCRIPTION:This summer the Vischering Castle Museum will present the Austrian painter and performance artist\, Hermann Nitsch\, an international exceptional artist without equal\, whose works are represented in public and private collections all over the world. In the focus of the exhibition are “splatter paintings” where Nitsch applies the paint out of his container by letting the paint run\, by pouring and stroking it with impulsive movements directly onto the picture base. Even at his advanced age\, his whole body follows the rhythm of his movements\, the impulse of emotional eruptions\, focussing on the painting process and allowing a random effect. \nHermann Nitsch\, with his art events\, paintings and performances\, has been creating art history for over 50 years\, and beyond that\, he has shaped the opera- and theatrical landscape in the German-speaking world. Thus\, his artistic work goes far beyond the medium of painting. It articulates itself as a dynamic synthesis of painting\, theatre\, music and poetry where mythology\, religion and philosophy merge into one fascinating entity. The exhibition is also part of the Münsterland Festival 2021\, and it will take place in co-operation with the Gallery Geuer and Geuer. \nWe cordially invite you to the opening of the exhibition on Sunday\, June 13th at 5 pm.
